This notice explains what Sundrift Wellness, LLC does with information about you when you visit nervolyncaps.com or place an order for NervoLyn. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you order: name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number. When you write to us: whatever you put in the message. When you browse: server log data such as IP address and browser type, plus aggregate analytics that count readers rather than identify them. We do not collect health information and ask you not to send us any.
What we never see
Your card number. Payment runs through a PCI-compliant processor on an encrypted connection. What reaches us is a confirmation, the last four digits and the card type.
Why we hold it
To take payment, ship your order, answer your emails, honour the 60-day guarantee, keep tax records as the law requires, and detect fraudulent orders. That is the complete list.
Who else touches it
Our payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider and warehouse partner, each with only what they need. None may use your details for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information to anyone.
Email and cookies
Transactional email about your own order is always sent. Marketing email goes only to people who opted in and carries a working unsubscribe link. We set the small number of cookies needed to keep the store working and to count visits in aggregate; block them in your browser and the site still functions.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support emails for two years. Marketing contacts are removed the moment you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. We answer within thirty days. Residents of states with their own privacy statutes, California among them, have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone regardless of address.
Children, changes and contact
